This dress is absolutely FABULOUS!!! The pictures can't even come close to capturing the true beauty of this dress! There is a layer of tulle under the shiny black skirt fabric that gives the skirt some extra fluff and flare, and there is an added layer of fabric under the tulle to provide softness for your skin! The front features a v-cut and three beautifully decorated bows, each with a layer of sparkly rhinestones designed to grab attention! Though the dress could easily be worn for a formal gathering, the design makes it seem versatile and would be great for a cocktail party or a night in the club!
