VTG 1950s Handmade Fit n' Flare Layered Blue Short Sleeved Cocktail Dress

Waist 14in Armpit to armpit 16in Shoulder to hem 42in Sleeve 3in Hip 23in *NO SIZE TAGS, PLEASE REFER TO ABOVE FLAT MEASUREMENTS* This is a fabulous vintage 1950s handcrafted layered crinoline and lined cocktail party dress! No size or material tags, but the outer layer feels like an acetate. Blue dress with a satin feel purple lining that creates an iridescent light periwinkle blue. Short sleeved, Ruched top, with a bow at the waist. Tabit zipper.***Dress is in excellent VINTAGE used condition with usual signs of wear. I did not spot treat the dress, but the dress was steam cleaned. There are a few marks, and one hook is missing at the back zipper. Please refer to photos for condioton because they are a part of the description as well.*** I believe this is somewhere between a womens small and a medium, but please refer to the above measurements for sizing.
