alexawheats@mksulli3 pit to pit and across the waist both measure 18 inches. I’m a pretty standard size 2-4 and it fits me like it does the models, a loose fit. A size medium could probably wear it, it would just be more fitted across the bust and shoulders. I hope that helps!
