Vintage Navy & White polka dot 30's house dress

I'm reasonably certain my great grandmother made this dress. It's a 1930's shirt house dress. It's navy with white polka dots. It fits a size Medium. It looks like someone shortened a hem. The material needs ironed in that area. (Shown in pics) or, you could choose to hem it back up the way it was originally. Fantastic condition - 80+ years old style.
