1960s topaz Scottish necklace

This is a really unique novelty piece! necklace featuring a large topaz colored stone with milk thistle detail. I am not sure what the metal is on this. It's not real silver or topaz. It's from the 6os/70s era I believe. This is such a perfect necklace for the apothecary witchy wise woman. It's for the medicine maker, the healer, the Scorpio, the crone, the mystic, the seer.
