eyecandyshop could you tell me the length of this dress, please, a shame about the leather, looking into if it can be fixed, probably removed. Length please from shoulder to hem.

eyecandyshop Hi, I usually do not make low offers, but I thought this dress would be worth the $17.80, all included, to see if it could be fixed on collar and sleeves, you do not have to answer on the length, doesn't matter, if I could get it fixed somewhere, I would wear it, thanks so much for your consideraion, best regards, Victoria
