New with tags never worn dressy skirt. Purchased from Angel boutique at Irvine Spectrum Orange County California. Size a small… It’s stretchy and fits me and I’m usually an extra small. It’s a great material..Hides imperfections. Cute with a crop top, something tucked in or a silky tank/crop with a cropped jacket would be super cute. If you had a gold top, or a jacket with gold in it… it would be fun for the holidays. The design is so nice that it doesn’t dig into your waist. It lays nice and flat. At least it does on me.
