Adorable retro style shirtdress in mint green, navy blue, beige, and white plaid. Tie at waist and cuffed sleeves. Fabric has a crinkly texture and virtually no stretch. Excellent condition. Measurements (all taken flat): Bust - 19" Waist - 16" Hips - Open Sleeve - 9” Length - 35" My mannequin measures 38" at the bust and 32.25" at the waist. This was just about a perfect fit.
