Vintage 1970’s80’s Sarah Coventry white and gold colored ring

This is a pretty gold colored filigree with a white faux stone center. This is stamped Coventry on inside. I’m never worn condition. This is size 6 and shown on ring sizer. This does have an open back but this doesn’t move much. Not made to be expanded.
