So adorable. Strapless jumpsuit, top is made of rows of elastic, balloon style bottoms with pockets. 10" leg opening at hems and slits to tie. No size tag so here are measurements. Top across is 11.5", waist is 13" and hip area is 18". Inseam is 23" and total length is 40". nice
