Maybe not the following year. I can’t imagine buying something from any business and not finding a way to contact them if something wasn’t right. We have never been the kind of business who didn’t take care of our customers. However I can’t do anything about it now it’s been way too long.

I’m not sure why a business is to be blamed when the listing says it all. When buying Jewlery like stainless steel it is meant to be worn occasionally. If wearing something everyday you should get something that is either 925 or solid gold Had you contacted us a month after there were any signs of distress then we could have helped
