You purchased this last year and I’m not sure if you knew that but it’s mentioned on the listing that you ordered the stainless steel chain not a precious metal

Your disappointment should have been addressed last year when you purchased it. Maybe not the following year. I can’t imagine buying something from any business and not finding a way to contact them if something wasn’t right. We have never been the kind of business who didn’t take care of our customers. However I can’t do anything about it now it’s been way too long.

@jacobking511 no one was out to screw you. People buy what’s in their budget. All I can suggest is maybe buying a precious metal to have a longer durability. I’m not sure why a business is to be blamed when the listing says it all.
When buying Jewlery like stainless steel it is meant to be worn occasionally.
If wearing something everyday you should get something that is either 925 or solid gold
Had you contacted us a month after there were any signs of distress then we could have helped
