Never worn, paper tag fell off the attaching plastic string when i tried on, i reattached. this is New with tag item. So cute and stylish. I wasn't able to wear this to event i bought it for. Light weight, comfortable and perfect for spring summer. great vintage (40's) vibe. this will be a favorite. dress up or down, casual or dressy occasion. Belt not included
