90s/00s Style Black Strappy Mini Dress

Never been worn mini dress. There are two straps that come from the inner V and go outwards across the chest to the shoulder and two spaghetti straps on the shoulders. Ties in the back and also has a zipper. Bought this at a boutique in Manhattan Beach, CA years ago and just got lost in my closet. Non-smoking and no pet household.
