Brand: Yves Jennet The size and fabric tag is missing. I believe it is a small. Measurements seam to seam while lying flat: Bust- 13" Waistband under bust: 12" Length from top to bottom of dress- 51" Flare at bottom of dress- 59" This dress has butterfly sleeves as seem in above picture. The only flaw I see is some of the bottom hem came out. Just needs to be hemmed. Pictures above.
