Beautiful Brand new Loft Petite Navy Blue Top with 2 rows of ruffles on the bottom and small sleeves. It is very soft and lightweight. The only blemish is a white dot on the back left shoulder (see last pic).

@fern51168 it is a thinner fabric so when i put my hand inside, if i moved it to the light in a certain way, i could see my hand a little bit.
