Size XL cut out one piece from forever 21. Could easily fit size large or extra large it has good stretch the material is comfy. I only tried it on, never wore it. It did not come with a neck strap or pads however it does have a hole to put pads in. I also have a clear neck strap for the suit. It is slightly cheeky but still covers well.
