Vintage A-line pleated skirt. Full skirt midi length

Beautiful a-line vintage pleated skirt. High waisted and midi length. Unsure of brand but the tag says size 5, vintage sizing so would work better for size 3-4. This skirt has POCKETS Length is approximately 30”. Waist flat approximately 13.5”
