This is a unique one. I’m pretty sure it’s made of Tyvek, has a drop draw string waist with a zippered neck, a super cool print marble-esque print, and makes for a great rainy day layer on a chilly spring day. Cute with tights and boots or a sandal depending on the day 🌞
