@19brittney95 I would say it is oversized because it is a loose dress. It is somewhat see through. I will post a few pictures for you :)

@melanie_dipietr Thanks for the reply. Do you think it would be better/ok to wear out as is with nude underwear and bra instead or is it better used as a bathing suit cover up? Also, can I ask how tall you are/the length of the dress? Thanks!

I am 5 feet 8 inches and it hits me at a good place. I posted a few measurement pictures for you. With nude underwear I was ok. Or maybe with a little slip under it. One of those second skin ones would be perfect. It would also be a great swimsuit cover up.
