80s vintage forest green suede leather bow tie flats new Cuban heels 7 38 6.5

Incredible 80s low heeled flats. I just had new heels put on. Crushed they are a little small for me. Marked 7b brand Cadaz, I’d advise a 6.5 or narrow 7. Hard to find these fashiony fits!
