The neck has a pretty white detailed trim and sleeves do also plus the sleeves have a wide ruffle around the bottom of the short sleeve. Very pretty, could wear as beach cover up or lounge dress or go out in it in comfort. Pretty royal blue and white, the trim is not an itchy fabric most like a cotton trim.pit to pit approximately 22 inches.
