This short sleeve blouse from Style & Co is a soft lace. It is adorned with a lace ruffle hem around the scoop neck which continues front to back. The blouse has a fully lined bodice but the short sleeves are sheer; sleeves drape the shoulder almost cap like but have a flutter cut to them. There is a loose elastic hem at the waist to create a slight peplum look (lace from waist to bottom hemline is not lined).
