This dress is brand new, never worn and so beautiful! It deserves to be appreciated by another bride! The sparkle layer under the tulle was a custom add, and I also removed the scattered pearls that originally came on the tulle skirt as I thought it looked cheap. *I am 5’6” with heels on and this dress has been altered to fit that length.
