Measurements seam to seam while lying flat: Bust- 17" Waist Band- 14" (very little stretch) Hips- 17" Top (after straps) to crotch- 22.5 Length of jumper (after straps)- 30" Width across one leg- 11.5" The straps are adjustable. They are tie strings. Color is peach.
