RETRO/Vintage adjustable waist Patterned Dress

Super cute retro print along with adjustable tie strings at either side of the waist. You can criss cross the strings and tie the string to the back as pictured, or tie it just straight back or to the front depending on the look you want or even add a cool belt over it and change up the style! Truly a great addition to your wardrobe and in great Vintage condition. No rips or tears. When it is not tied it measures 21” across from pit to pit and stays that width all the way down. The length is 32” from shoulder down. This can honestly fit a size small to large because the tie can be pulled as tight as you want!
