Lightly padded dog jacket in woven fabric with a small, reflective Mickey Mouse appliqué on one side. There is a strap that fastens underneath at the belly with concealed hook-loop fastening. Fleece lining. 100% Polyester. I've taken some photos showing measurements. Not sure if you can read the measuring tape, but the one showing the length from collar to tail is approx. 20", and the pic showing the width across is approx. 23".
