This I'd a NEW never worn spring dress by mark. an AVON subdivision. This is the perfect sprig/summer dress as it is lightweight yet not sheer. This has a cool graffiti/paint strokes design of black, beige and burnt orange coloring with cuffed short sleeves and a cute tie detail at the hip. This is a size large.
