Authentic Scottish kilt - brand is Cloth by Strathmore. 100% pure wool, made in Forfar, Scotland. Blue, cream and gray plaid with thin purple stripes. Wrap design, closes with a Velcro strip and two adjustable, three-hole leather buckle closures. Cute lace detail on the inside hem. Excellent vintage condition. Small spot on the *inside* as shown, not visible on the outside. Does not have a size tag; I have marked it as size M. Adjustable features could allow this to fit approx waist sizes 28-30. The last two photos show the waist measurement lying flat at the smallest buckle (14”) and the largest buckle (15”). A
