Comes with original box EFFY elegant statement ring, set with a gorgeous sapphire, nestled within a frame of sparkling baguette and round diamonds. Sapphire: 1-7/8 ct. t.w. Diamond: 1/4 ct. t.w. Set in 14k white gold Effy also guarantees it’s jewelry and typically has a higher standard for the Diana’s gemstones they use in their jewelry. All gemstone carat weights (ct. t.w.) are approximate; variance may be .05 carat. What I have listed came from the paperwork sent to me with the ring. I believe them to be accurate. donnatreesh @lisazach1976 I am not a jeweler. I am just paring down my personal jewelry. So you would need to get it sized at your local jeweler. I recommend to make sure you tell them when sizing to try to avoid removing or damaging the EFFY stamp on the inner part of the ring.

I am a physician and this is my hobby, not a source of income. I love buying jewelry at estates. I wear it for a short time then sell. It’s not about making money, its rotating different jewelry.

donnatreesh @lisazach1976 I could set up pay. Pal, installments for you. I would detail that it is 1 of 4 or however you wanted to break it up over 4-6weeks. That way you are protected on pay. -pal. Not sure what price you wanted to offer but I guess we start there. I’m not able to go much lower especially if you want to do it this way. Again you can google my name to make sure who I am.
