Banana Republic Flounce Hem Dress - Size Small Tall - Cream

NWT and never been worn, this flowy dress reminds me of travelling adventures. It’s made of a silky viscose which sits beautifully. It includes a cute belt that has a tortoise buckle and it has pockets. See pics for measurements as it could fit an M as well. I have paired is with fun wedge espadrilles (now sold) from my closet. * Note a gromit is missing (see pic) on one of the buckle holes that I never noticed until taking pics but belt is still in perfect condition.
