shann711 @lucygalleria I have a Gucci coated canvas tote on which the coated canvas is scratching off so there's white marks everywhere. Cleaning it, even gently, seems to make it worse. I haven't seen anything like it before and my Google searching hasn't turned up anything similar. I would love to get some ideas on things to try.

gglam_ @epictrends oh my Epic, I’m just now seeing this, so sorry.. LV Alma is that thick brown fabric right? It’s just cloth so soap (Dawn) and water should do the trick. It just depends on what is it. Some stains are permanent

gglam_ @epictrends does the lining pull out? Or is it stitched in? If the lining is stitched in, then yes you could get the vachetta leather wet and that would not be good
