@newerathreads hello! The material is 5% elastane so the entire top is quite stretchy. Just flat, the pit-to-pit measurement is about 18 inches across but there’s maybe another 6 inches of stretch if needed! Similarly, where the top of the shoulder meets the neck, all the way down to the bottom hem, it’s about 28 inches flat but has a few inches of stretch. I hope that helps!
