Hi There - How stretchy is the top? I am a solid Medium, but sometimes if fabric doesn't have enough 'give' in the bust I size up. With this dress being so pricey (and so spectacular:) I just want to be sure I get it right. Thank you for your help!

@moongrrl Hi! Without stretching it the top is approximately 15”. If I stretch it it’s about 20” maybe even to 22”. It’s pretty flexible being that it’s smocked both front and back so there’s room.
