Blue Mountain 1970s Canada Green Drip glaze Pottery Mug and Cup

Vintage 70's Blue Mountain Canada Green Drip paint Pottery Mugs Three Triangles Mark on bottom of Mug and no Mark on the Cup small chip outer edge on Mug and a small area on the bottom in the tan. shown in Pic. I never knew it was there so it does not take away from this beautiful work. Perfect for your morning cup! This set of fabulous Vintage Mug and Cup was produced by Blue Mountain Pottery, the pride of Collingwood, Ontario, circa 1970. They have superb green drip glaze with a black underside and black inside. The contrast of the colors is outstanding. Approx Cup Size: 3.5" x 3" (without handle) Mug 3 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 4" "Blue Mountain Pottery is one of Canada's, and Ontario's, best known ceramic producers. The studio was started by Jozo Weider, an immigrant from what was once Czechoslovakia, and is named after its location, at the foot of the Blue Mountains in Collingwood in the early 1953.
