Hi Brandauthentic family, we went to Las Vegas for a short trip together. Unfortunately, while we were there, our car windows were broken in the parking lot of our hotel and all our bags and wallets were stolen. For this reason, we were able to return to Los Angeles today, as our work was getting longer. Monday Spin giveaway will be held on the same day and same time next week. Hi, I just wanted to clarify what I meant. I was referring to the buyers making such a huge deal over practically nothing and then going on and on and on about it. They were talking about reporting the host who did nothing wrong and it just kept going after she showed about 6 more items. Then they began telling the host to get rid of the buyers choice on the bottom they were confused and it wouldn't stop. IT had not to do with your host or show, I felt bad for her. Doreen

@sofijoey1 so, the suspicion is that they didn’t make what they wanted from the auctions (bids went too low) so they don’t send the items and buyer eventually cancels and gets refund….they still have the items.
I hope this is not true, but I’ve now heard from too many people.

@kcgirly hey mama I was worried too but this is not the case - my shipping just updated this morning and I ordered about 600 dollars worth of items a week ago - it said “order placed” until today and I saw on my tracking history they did in fact send it 5 days ago and it only updated with all the info today. So it’s not their fault something is weird with the LA postal service don’t lose hope!!

I think it’s because I got a great deal on it and they didn’t want to give me the bag at that deal or in fact didn’t even have the bag in their possession and it was a hoax

That’s wild they’ve never cancelled on me no matter how great the deal was 😔 I have noticed recently they haven’t been doing great quality items for their 3 dollar starts on their auctions anymore like they used to - the policy definitely changed a week or two ago they were probably losing too much money - which is understandable. I’ve seen girls get a 1200 bag for $ 250 and that’s not right either - there has to be a balance.

@serene119 They don’t refund for auction items, regardless of the issue. They sent me two wallets in salvage condition from an auction but when I challenged them, I got the no refund policy response. I was pretty upset given the fact that they were moldy and broken. This outfit has no business ethics. Good luck.

@brandauthentic I am literally in the live with kardi show right now. She said once again, and I recorded it, that you guys would help me. I lost my grandmother on Thanksgiving day the same day of the first show I attended of yours. I asked if you could cancel the order once I received the news and I was told yes multiple times on your live shows. The item was marked as shipped at 1 AM. Please do the moral thing 😔

Hi, how are you? So I won an auction for $200 for a Ferragamo wallet I don’t wear Ferragamo. I would take something that’s even less valuable than that just because it’s gonna go to waste.
