sehalscloset@cindydsullivan these convert exactly so for example the 5.5 is a EU 36 and the 6 is a EU 36.5! most people say that new balances are true to size, some say that they run a tad bit larger. i’d say if you want a tighter fit go for the smaller size and if you want it to be a little loose then go for the 6.
