Vintage. Good condition. Strapless navy w/ white polka dot knee length dress. Dress features bust cups, elastic back, & removable adjustable white waist tie. Note: there are some stains on the white waist tie. Can probably bleach it out, or just replace with another belt. Fabric has stretch. Comes from a smoke-free/pet-free home.
