This dress is so fun! circa 90s-Y2K, it is a high neck mini shift dress in an iridescent blue fabric. The bottom of the skirt has glitter flowers. The perfect homecoming dress! The brand is CDC petite and it is a size 8 with measurements in photos. Approximately a small. Reminds me of the spice girls! Dress is in good vintage condition - some of the glitter is coming off the bottom and there is some fading to the shoulder.
