M| Red Velvet Sweetheart Dress

my mannequin doesn't fill this dress out like it should be. red velvet dress. currently has straps but I think this dress was meant to be strapless. bodycon form with a slit up the back. measurements chest: meant for a 36-38" chest but could probably accommodate an extra few inches waist: 28" hip: 40" waist to hem: 41.5" condition: good, needs a dry cleaning/professional steam. looks like it was altered at some point so the straps in the back are a little odd and the side seams have some extra stitching.
