New with tags. They are thicker than regular leggings and more like pants that fit snug. Comfortable and stretchy. Has belt loops that would fit a 1 1/2" belt. Doesn't come with a belt. No pockets (2 faux pockets on the hips.) Slimming, vertical seam down the backside of both legs. See pictures for measurements to ensure fit. 230503 BX B
