Blue Velvet Dress with Black Skirt and Lace Detail

Dark blue velvet in the top with fine black netting/lace in the chest area, deep cut back and flowy black polyester skirt. H&M DIVIDED brand, US Size 8. This dress was my absolute favorite, but I have since grown out of it and am sad to see this leave my closet. I hope it can find a home with someone who will love it as much as I do!
