Gigi the lady who bought the teapot holder at the auction last week opened a case against me because the box arrived crushed and the plate at the bottom was broken. I packed it very well and put Fragile all over the box and the box was crushed. what do I do. this has never happened.

Postal claim has to be initiated on your end I believe. Need to inquire at your closet post office (or maybe online) as to any forms needed to be submitted. A picture of it or relinquishing contents to post office is required I believe. It’s a process. You might weigh out if it’s worth filing over or taking a loss this time😞I’m sorry
