Does this run smaller than the average size 12? Concerned it’ll be tight on my shoulders lol

@chirps2004 Hi! This does run smaller than what I expected. The pit to pit measurement is 19.5", which is smaller by about an inch or inch and a half of my other Banana Republic size 12 dresses.
