I'm a mom who works a full-time corporate job, and I also work part-time as a wellness coach, helping thousands of individuals lose weight and change their mindset for over 11 years.
Join me every Thursday at 5:30 pm CST and catch me on Sundays in the morning or evening with a lot of pop-ups for Share Shows, trivia nights and surprises!
