Gorgeous Pitusa designer cotton dress

This 100% cotton Pitusa (dress made in Peru) by designer Millie Macintosh is perfect for a stroll by the water, a romantic date, or desire to be flirty and feminine just because. I imagined myself on top of Machu Picchu wearing this as the wind rustled it and my hair in the wind. The top of the dress is a designed with a very comfortable ruched elastic weave and the sleeves have a poet/Jane Austin flair to them with elastic from the armpit up and around (be worn off the shoulders too). The skirt area has an additional cotton layer for both comfort and a non revealing look since it is white cotton. The front of the dress and sleeves are adorned with a Peruvian weaved pattern that is both colorful and complimenting to an all white dress. The dress is both stretchy and body flattering. The top is meant to hug your body with comfort and the waist to length of floor gathered with elastic at the waist and then free flowing down. It lays against the body but then flows as you move/walk. It is very romantic and wispy looking but has sturdy breathable heft and is very well made. Max stretched laying down 28 inches bust and 30 inches hip. Length of dress from top of front bust area to bottom is 50 inches long. Dress states it's a large but could fit both a medium and an extra large depending on measurements. Someone purchased this for me from but being a size 4 (36, 28, 38) its a bit big for me.
