little boys size 8 rain boots. boots are in good condition and have lots of life left in them. Carters boots are the camo pattern. The lining is a fixed to the boot at the top but it’s no longer affixed at the top of the material. There’s approx 1/4” of lining that has pulled away from the boot. You can Reglue it or leave as is. It doesn’t hinder the foot entering the boot in any way.
