I have videos here of the dress and its imperfections, please make sure to watch all of them!! Poshmark will not allow me to post outside links and this dress takes a lot to describe lol. If you're truly interested, this is listed on my personal 🕸️👩💻—check my about me page!
DRESS DOES NOT COME WITH A SLIP!!! In the mannequin photos there is a slip, again, this does not come with a slip!!
I bought this with the intention of hemming it, but once I had it on it felt kind of sinful to modify it that way. Someone NEEDS to wear this to their wedding. Would look amazing on a windy day too ugggh lol
Amazing doesn't begin to describe this jaw-dropping handmade wedding gown from the 1930s (my estimate).
Best for a petite XS
Crafted in a simple chiffon or organza type of fabric that drapes beautifully to this day.
Approximate flat measurements in inches:
Shoulder width: 11.75
Armpit to armpit: 15
Waist: 13
Front length: 47
Bicep: 4.5!! (too tight on my buff arms)
DRESS DOES NOT COME WITH A SLIP!!!
This dress looks INCREDIBLE for its age, but does show some age. I have notes!
Final sale, no returns. Please ask me as many questions as you need before purchase.
It’s perfectly cut for a petite person as well as I’m 5’2”. The front of the dress hits at just below the ankle bone.

My personal notes:
1. The button front does not go down all the way.
2. I couldn't do up the hook at the very top, but it is functional. You'll likely need someone else to do it up for you.

3. This dress was actually easy for me to put on, it's the arms that give me a hard time mainly because my biceps are almost 10 inches around and the sleeves as they are will not fit anyone comfortably whose biceps are bigger than 9 inches. If you want this dress to fit you might ask a tailor to basically add a slit to the sleeves to give you room.

4. I have to apologize for all the wrinkles. You'll definitely need to have this steamed. I don't have the space to properly store it so it's been sitting in one of those packing cubes. :X

Please do note that there are quite a few imperfections to be noted:
1. The dress has rust stains, there are several on the train and some on the chest of the dress. I honestly don't feel like they take away from the dress whatsoever, but keep them in mind.

2. There are tiny pinpricks in the fabric throughout the dress and I noted two larger holes that are not any bigger than roughly my pinky nail. I would leave the pinpricks alone, but talk to a tailor who works on wedding gowns and these types of materials to patch the two larger holes. It is very doable to patch these small holes.
3. One of the button straps has come undone.
