PAPO -9 Inch Dragon 2007 Action Figure

Pre owned, used condition --9 inches front to back. --Wing span 8.5 inches. --Looks to be in great shape but there is a spot on one wing (circled on pics) that is bumpy/ rough. Not sure if this is some kind of emblem or a manufacturing defect. **Comes from a smoke free home. Condition: Pre-Owned Good Bundles must not weigh over 5 pounds and must be able to fit in a 12 x 12 x10 box , including packaging. Items over these specifics must be purchased separately.
