Tiffany design prom / pageant mermaid 2 piece gown size 0 with custom detailing

Designer-Tiffany Color- PINK This is a 2 piece Mermaid! The top is corset style with back zipper! Floor length fitted. Originally size 2 but taken in to a 00! I am 0/2 and and it DOES NOT FIT! I don't have it zipped but wanted to show how it looks! Waist-25 Hip-22 Worn one time on National Stage - FULLY customized bead work through out the length of the gown. I am 5'2 With no heels it is floor length with no train No issues with the gown other than one small spot on the very very very very bottom from walking. Can't see it unless you examine the gown up close as if your looking for something wrong
