elizabeth_f8111 @mandacloset16 No worries! I just posted the chart. Let me know if the size will work and I can get it packed up for you tonight and mailed first thing in the morning. For the medium I measured at the elasticized waist gathering- it is just slightly above the natural waistline on me (I fit a Small, 5ft,5in tall with a 30” waistline). Un-stretched the gathering at the waist of the size M dress it is roughly 28” around, and up to 38” around when it is fully stretched out.
